Sharon B. Abner

Sharon received her undergraduate degree from Illinois State University in 1974 and her law degree, Cum Laude, from Barry University School of Law in 2002.

Prior to law school, Sharon worked as a certified legal assistant (NALA) with the law firm of Swann and Haddock, P.A. in its representation of the Florida Housing and Finance Authority and Orange County Housing Finance Authority in connection with their projects. As such Sharon worked with developers to complete the requirements of the authorities.

Sharon specializes in real estate transactions, with a focus on complex residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sophisticated financing transactions for banks and developers.
