Karen M. Brown

Karen received her undergraduate degree from Illinois State University in 1974 and her law degree, Cum Laude, from Barry University School of Law in 2002.

Prior to law school, Karen worked as a certified legal assistant (NALA) with the law firm of Swann and Haddock, P.A. in its representation of the Florida Housing and Finance Authority and Orange County Housing Finance Authority in connection with their issuance of state and local bonds for low income, single family and multi-family housing projects. As such Sharon worked with bond counsels and underwriting companies.

Her area of practice includes commercial real estate transactions, including financing, purchase and sales; and corporate law regarding the formation of corporate entities and asset and stock acquisition and sales.
