Stuart P. Buchanan

Stuart's practice includes the representation of businesses such as Everbank and governmental agencies such as The School Board of Orange County.  He focuses on the areas of real estate litigation, transactions, financing and land use.  Stuart received his undergraduate degree in 1988 and law degree in 1991, both from the University of Florida. He was the recipient of the Orange County Bar Association's New Attorney Award of Excellence and Co-Founder of Teen Court of Orange County in 1994. He was appointed by Gov. Lawton Chiles to the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council in 1998, by Chairman Linda Chapin to chair the Orange County Industrial Development Authority in 2001 and by Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer to the Orlando Municipal Planning Board in 2010.
