Stuart P. Buchanan
Stuart’s practice includes the representation of businesses, banks and governmental agencies. He focuses on the areas of real estate, transactions, financing, land use and litigation. Stuart received his undergraduate degree in 1988 and law degree in 1991, both from the University of Florida. He was the recipient of the Orange County Bar Association’s New Attorney Award of Excellence and Co-Founder of Teen Court of Orange County in 1994. He was appointed by Governor Lawton Chiles to the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council in 1998, by Chairman Linda Chapin to chair the Orange County Industrial Development Authority in 2001 (Chairman 2003) and by Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer to the Orlando Municipal Planning Board in 2010 (Chairman 2012).
