
Kristyn is a commercial civil trial attorney and a member of the firm's litigation team. Her practice is primarily focused on the representation of lending institutions and creditors. Kristyn was raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and attended Northwestern University outside of Chicago. She majored in communications and received her undergraduate degree in 1987. Kristyn was then accepted by the Duke University School of Law, graduating in 1990. After beginning her law career at one of the top firms in Chicago, she relocated to Orlando in 1991 and practiced commercial litigation at a highly-regarded firm until 1997, when she left the practice to raise a family. She returned to the practice of law in 2010 through her association with Stump, Dietrich & Spears, P.A. Since that time, she has concentrated her practice on complex commercial litigation, focusing on lender-related issues and including expertise in the Uniform Commercial Code, credit litigation, creditors’ rights, lien enforcement and judgment collection.
