Benjamin C. Iseman

Ben's practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. In addition, Ben specializes in the use of web design, digital video and multimedia presentation in arbitration and courtroom settings. Ben is a native of South Carolina and graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of South Carolina Honors College.

Moving out west for law school, Ben graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1998. At law school, Ben served as Lead Articles Editor of the Natural Resources Journal and was a recipient of the Dean’s Award upon graduation. Ben has been practicing in Florida since 2000. Before joining the firm in February of 2006, he specialized in securities litigation in Naples, Florida. Ben is active in the local Inns of Court and volunteers his time as a guardian ad litem.
