
Jeffry concentrates his legal practice on commercial litigation, special assets work, bankruptcy, and creditor rights issues. Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from Drake University in 1966 and his law degree from the University of Iowa in 1969, where he was an Editor for the Iowa Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif. He was a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Charles R. Scott and U.S. Circuit Judge Bryan Simpson. He served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida from 1972 to 1974. He has argued cases before the Florida Supreme Court and has been named as a "Best Attorney" for Bankruptcy Law in Florida. Jeff has lectured and written in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He is also admitted to the Iowa and Ohio Bars.
