Aimee Collins Hitchner
Aimee is an estate and business planning attorney. In her practice she counsels her clients to create a plan that will meet their personal goals of leaving a legacy and protect their assets, both personal and business.
Her practice includes wills, trusts, asset protection, business succession planning, planned charitable giving, business formations, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, retailer exclusivity agreements, consignment agreements for retailers and clothing/accessory designers, talent release agreements, merchant association by-laws, buy-sell agreements, and operating agreements.
Aimee has a passion for building meaningful relationships with her clients and helping them achieve their goals through creative legal processes. She graduated from The University of Alabama; receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Aimee received her law degree from Mercer University-Walter F. George School of Law in 2003.
